support@lookrange.comCurrent on-device analysis
Quick Scan and the complete three-view LookRange are available in Beta on supported devices. Quick Scan and three-view LookRange accept JPEG, PNG, or WebP images. The browser decodes each image and sends an in-memory bitmap to an isolated local worker. The worker loads same-origin MediaPipe model files, but selected photos and complete landmarks are not sent to a LookRange server.
Decoded pixels and previews are released when you replace, clear, or leave the analysis. Low-dimensional measurement state may remain in this tab for up to two hours so the three-view flow can recover; the original photos are not stored in that recovery state.
Optional accounts
Accounts are optional for the complete free analysis. If you create an account, we may process your email address, display name, authentication records, preferences, entitlements, and security events needed to operate it.
A LookRange result is saved only after you choose Save to account. The save projection excludes original photos, complete landmarks, embeddings, face templates, and the local measurement vector. If you are signed out, a hashed owner token protects a 30-minute claim until you sign in.
You can request an account export or deletion through account settings when signed in. Operational records may be retained only when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or transaction integrity.
Current and future photo analysis
The free Quick Scan and three-view LookRange are anonymous and device-side. Saving a result sends only the disclosed low-dimensional summary. The optional paid report uses that same summary and does not upload original photos; when purchased, it retains report data for up to 30 days and supports immediate deletion with an independent credential.
Photos and derived face data are not used to train models by default. A separate, explicit opt-in would be required before any future training use.
Payments and service providers
Full LookRange Analysis is an optional one-time $9.99 explanation report offered only when Checkout is configured, and only after the free three-view result. It adds depth to the explanation rather than accuracy to the score. When a purchase is made, Stripe may process payment details, billing contact data, fraud signals, and transaction identifiers under its own privacy terms.
Infrastructure, authentication, storage, and support providers may process only the data needed for their role. LookRange remains responsible for clearly defining those boundaries before production use.
Minimal logs and security
We aim to minimize application and security logs, restrict access, and avoid placing face photos or complete landmark data in logs. Internet services cannot guarantee absolute security, so retention and access must stay limited.
Choices, changes, and contact
You may contact support@lookrange.com about access, correction, export, deletion, or privacy questions. Applicable rights can vary by location. We will update this page when data practices materially change and will seek formal legal review before commercial launch.

Questions, answered plainly
Questions about this analysis
Does Quick Scan upload my photo?
No. Quick Scan and three-view LookRange process selected photos in browser memory. Network requests load application and model files, not your photos.
Does LookRange use photos to train models?
No. The current analysis does not upload photos. Any future training use would require separate, explicit consent.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Signed-in account settings provide a deletion path, subject to narrow retention needs such as transaction integrity or legal obligations.
Does LookRange use advertising cookies?
No. Quick Scan does not deploy non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.
