Why ratings move from photo to photo
Wide-angle distortion can alter apparent proportions. Hard light can deepen shadows. Rotation can hide or emphasize relationships. Blur and compression can remove useful detail.
A stable system should recognize these sources of variation while keeping them separate from changes in the person.
Confidence belongs beside the result: missing angles, poor light, obstruction, or conflicting views should weaken the claim or stop the analysis.
